Bishop Howard Roscoe, D. Min., President & Professor

Dr. Howard Roscoe  has over 40 years of teaching and preaching God's word.  He holds a Doctorate in Ministries in Biblical Studies.  He currently serves as Bishop of The Shady Grove Baptist Church and AAMI Global Ministries, Baltimore, Maryland. Bishop Roscoe is also the the founder of the Healing Tree Foundation, Inc., and the Teaching and Learning Institute of which Christian Education is the main focus.

Dr. Grace Roscoe, Ph.D., D. Min., Ed.D., Provost & Professor

Dr. Grace Roscoe has over 35 years of theology teaching/ministry experience and holds several degrees in theology including a Ph.D., in Clinical Christian Counseling/Biblical Studies, Doctorate in Ministry, Master in Christian Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Ministry/Missions from Family Bible University, Baltimore, Maryland.  She has an Ed.D. in Christian & Ministry Leadership.  She also holds a M.A. in Distance Education, a Graduate Certificate in Teaching at a Distance, a B.A. in Business Administration, an Undergraduate Certificate in Communications, from the University of Maryland University College, Adelphi, Maryland, along with a Teaching Diploma from Evangelical Training Association (ETA).  She currently serves as Pastor of The Shady Grove Baptist Church and AAMI Global Ministries, Baltimore, Maryland.

Dr. Roscoe is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral and Temperament Counselor with the National Christian Counseling Association (NCCA), an International Representative of the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counselors, and the founder of AAMI Global Ministries and Bible Institute, AAMI Online High School, AAMI’s Behavior Program, and “A Night to Remember” – a married couple’s ministry that also ministers to singles.


Dr. Barbara C. Moore, Ph.D., D.Min., Ed.D., Professor

Dr. Barbara C. Moore is a graduate of Morgan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Additionally, she has been awarded the Master of Divinity, Doctor of Ministry both from The Family Bible Institute, College and Seminary and a Doctor of Humane Letters from The Eastern Theological Seminary, Lynchburg, Virginia. She was also awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from the Global Bible University Without Walls and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from In His Presence Seminary in Accra, Ghana.

She is presently a pastor in residence at Abundant Life Bible Ministry. For more than 30 years she has done extensive travel and been involved in spreading the gospel that has resulted in God allowing her the grace to seek and to develop strategic alliances locally, nationally and internationally to provide support to ministers of the Gospel and churches while promoting and establishing covenant fellowships.


Rev. John Douglas, B.A., M.A., Professor

Rev. Douglas is a graduate of H. Roscoe University with a B.A., and M.A., in Biblical Studies.  He also holds the Certificate of Temperament Therapy from the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counselors and is qualified to administer the Temperament Counseling Analysis and provide temperament counseling to clients. Rev. Douglas is a teacher and preacher of the Word of God. 

Cynthia Graves, B.A., M.A., Professor

Cynthia Graves is a graduate of H. Roscoe University with a B.A., and M.A., in Biblical Studies.  She also holds the Certificate of Temperament Therapy from the Sarasota Academy of Christian Counselors and is qualified to administer the Temperament Counseling Analysis provide temperament counseling to clients.
